It has been such a joy to work with psychiatrist, Dr. Tracey Marks on her latest book, Master Your Sleep: Proven Methods Simplified. Many Americans are all too familiar with lack of sleep and Dr. Marks’s advice on getting more – and better – sleep is in high demand with the national media.
In fact, she just interviewed with WebMD on the surprising relationship between pain and sleep. You can read the whole article here.
From explaining all stages of sleep to prescribing a “sleep hygiene” program and even helping new parents catch as many z’s as they can, Dr. Marks is the go-to expert on improved slumber.
