In honor of the upcoming Bonne Femme Cookbook: Simple, Splendid Food That French Women Cook Every Day (Harvard Common Press, October 18, 2011), author Wini Moranville has prepared a special menu for your apéritif dînatoire. It’s how the French do tapas.

Wini and her husband have been living in France nearly every summer for the past 20 years, staying in both cozy villages and France’s vibrant cities (their favorites are Collioure and Beaulieu-Sur-Mer).
